Cancellation Policy

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A $10 late fee will be applied if you arrive 10 minutes late. Clients who are 15 minutes late or more will need to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service.
